All bookings made through EasyBooking.sa are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email with a reference number.

3. Payment

We offer multiple payment options including online payment and Pay at Hotel. Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policies vary per hotel. Please review the specific hotel's cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate guest information at the time of booking. EasyBooking.sa is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EasyBooking.sa, including logos, images, and text, is the property of EasyBooking.sa and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyBooking.sa acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not liable for the quality of hotel services, any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
